		<description>Don't eat less your body stores fat when you eat less or starve its to protect you from starving. You will never lose weight unless you get your metabolism up. The best way to do that is by eating 5 meals a day or you can do 3 meals 1 snack inbetween. But you must eat healthy.  Stay away from trans fats they are horrible for you and cause you to stack on the pounds. As does high fructose corn syrup (sweetener in every soda). dont drink diet soda the artificial sweetener are really bad.  Most of them shut off you hunger control (think man made bad natural good). Ok thats enough for now Pick up the Abs Diet book by David Zinczenko it is the best and healthiest diet book out there that works.</description>
