Advice: don’t take them at all. Majority are dangerous and you’ll put the weight back on anyway.
Why do you need a pill anyway when a lot of us lose weight without them?

there are no magical pills
all diet pills work in conjunction with a strict diet
you cant eat crap and lose weight
all diet pills (or fat burning supplements) do is maximize your metabolism – but they cant perform miracles
so make sure you have the chance to eat well rather than looking for easy alternatives.
and always do decent research before taking any supplement for the first time

You could try the amazing new exercise-more-and-eat-less pill, I hear that one works pretty well.

BE STRONG!
get this! you can do it by yourself, just have a set amount of calories and exercise you MAKE yourself do every day! and lets say, if ur on a 2000 cal. diet and exercise 45min every day, but one day you slip up and eat 2500, and dont exercise at all, just eat 1500 cals and 1.5 hours of exercise so you cam make up for the missed.
good luck

Honestly there are NO good weight loss pills. They aren’t healthy for your body at all and once you loose the weight and stop taking the pill you gain more weight then what you had before..
I used to be 5’8 and 130 pounds and i started running every day and eating health now i am down to 112 pounds (still 5’8)
So instead of pills, exercise and find time to eat right… that is the only effective way you will loose weight.
Good luck

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
