I have to go to this wedding in a couple of months, and want to lose some weight. Is there a diet out there that drops pounds FAST? I have heard of the Size Zero Pill, but don’t know how to get it. Any ideas for weight loss? Thank you.

make sure to eat a good breakfast and have a late lunch

exercise and control your eating. Don’t eat dinner, eat supper. Dinner is a heavy meal and supper is a light meal. eat your supper before 6pm. You can it your dinner too, but it is easier to wake up and exercise with an empty stomach. If you eat your dinner the calories you took in would also be used for tomorrow. Just choose what your eating. Instead of chips, grab jello or a fruit. Instead of a burger, eat salad. Salad would also regulate your bowel movement to help you lose weight.
